We are a consulting company that is designed to make sure that motor carriers, freight brokers, and freight forwarders have everything they need to operate legally and be in full compliance with their operating authority. We are located in Charleston, SC less than 8 miles from the Port of Charleston which is one of the top 10 busiest ports in the US. We assist and communicate with transportation companies within the area, however, we are set up to assist anyone in the US and Canada and have helped many owner/operators, freight brokers, and freight forwarders throughout both countries obtain their operating authority and remain in compliance.
We are registered with the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) as a blanket process service company and when we file the BOC-3 (Designation of Process Agents) we provide a reputable process agent in each state. Our filings are done electronically to help speed up the application process.
Our goal is to be available and to provide exceptional customer service. We want to provide companies with everything they need to be in compliance, at the same time, we want to establish relationships so that our clients feel free to call us at any time.
