Operating Authority Filings/Registrations

If you are going to be crossing state lines for-hire then you will need a Motor Carrier Number.  We can get your MC Number (ICC Number) and USDOT Number issued the same day you send us your information for only $550 with our Basic Package.  We will also be filing your BOC-3 (Designation of Process Agents) towards your application.   If you choose to upgrade from our Basic Package to our Basic Plus Package, which is $675, we will also be completing your Unified Carrier Registration (fee increases when listing more than two trucks/vehicles).

If you are not a carrier, but plan on helping carriers find/move freight for shippers then you need Freight Broker Authority.  We can get your MC Number (ICC Number) assigned the same day you send us your application.  We will also file your BOC-3 (Designation of Process Agents) towards your application.  The government also requires you set up a Surety Bond towards you Broker Authority which we will also help you with.

If you plan to operate as a for-hire carrier, depending on what state you are based out of or which states you plan to operate in, if you wish to transport from one location to another location within certain states you may need Intrastate Authority.  We can get the authority you need in the states that require Intrastate Authority.

Once you have selected the authority you need and submit your information to us you will be contacted by one of our agents and we will make sure you get the authority you need to operate legally.  We will then get you registered to begin operations as soon as possible.
